Research, Workshops and Persona Development
We started with a user-first approach to understand the user needs and defining system requirements. To better understand the needs of their audiences, we designed a user research program to distill requirements into detailed personas, user journeys and ultimately epics. Our team mapped these to Austrade’s current system’s business process flows and identify areas for potential optimisation.
The creation of user personas and user journey resulted to a redefined and coherent business process flow.
