BDI wanted to redevelop their website to improve their engagement with the community and reflect the organisation’s new strategic direction — Funding bodies are requiring greater efficiencies, service delivery and collaboration, there has been an increase in the number of people needing help with the symptoms of mood disorders and increase the organisation activities across Australia.
We have provided a tailored digital strategy by building a strong knowledge of the organisation and its users: Internal stakeholder workshops, Focus group with internal and external users, online surveys, personas development, analytics research and digital blueprint document creation.

Improved design of the famous BDI self-tests to make them more appealing and less intimidating to the user. This functionality of the website has been created to be easily manageable for BDI internal teams.
The new Blackdog website is modern, clear and easy to browse, the image it conveys for the brand is innovation, leading and expertise. It empowers users to self-serve, self-educate and self-manage their mental wellness. The information’s is structured around 3 principles: collaboration, sharing and communication.
