The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) wanted to refresh its website to reflect the forward-thinking nature of the organisation. The new website portrays IDA as the technology leader for the Smart Nations initiative, providing information to help Singapore understand and embrace technology.
As IDA is a government body that possesses the information, users come to the site with a clear goal in their mind. They are either task-oriented or looking for specific information. So, the key is to design around the user needs, learn from real data and create an easy-to-understand task driven platform.

With a deep understanding of IDA’s goal across the organisation, we not only have simplified and streamlined the current offering, but also increased the sophistication of the underlying technology in order to do so.
