The old website failed to capture the vision of positioning Singapore as the City in a Garden. The organisation was not effectively engaging its target audiences.
We took a user centric approach to ensure the site was designed for target audiences based on a deep understanding of their goals and the context for engagement, as well as ensure the business objectives of NParks were met.
